Sprawled over 5 million square feet, 1 Utama is one of the most happening malls in Klang Valley, which offers not only a variety of retail outlets but also a great range of entertainment and dining spots.

The Platinum Award recipient of the "Shopping Complex of the Year" Retail World Excellence Awards 2006-2007 and National Creativity & Innovation Award 2005 winner, 1 Utama has achieved many 'firsts' in the industry such as a Sky Mall, tropical Rainforest within a shopping centre and the first home to many international fashion brands entering Malaysia.

Located in Bandar Utama, the anchor tenants of 1 Utama include Jaya Jusco -- offering a wide variety items to cater everyone's need, U Parkson and Giant. There are also a baseball centre on its rooftop, Asia's largest indoor rock climbing gym Camp5, family karaoke Neway, GSC, TGV, Celebrity Fitness, Marks & Spencer - a well known brand from the United Kingdom that offers variety of quality goods and Toys 'R' Us - a one stop toys centre for children.

Shoppers can expect an avant-garde retail mix of major departmental stores, speciality and prestige attractions - combining over 600 shops to cater to everyone.

For easier navigation for shoppers, 1 Utama is divided into themed zones - Highstreet, Oval, Rainforest, Promenade, Promenade Lakeside, Centre Court, Courtyard and the Entertainment Zone.
