"Alamanda is the first shopping centre in the federal administrative capital."

Standing imposingly alongside the many majestic buildings in Putrajaya, Alamanda is the first shopping centre in the federal administrative capital.

With Carrefour and Parkson Grand as anchor tenants and along with 150 tenants of various mix, Alamanda also features Malaysia's first travelator within a shopping complex that connect retail outlets and provide access directly to car parks. Another feature is its unique two-level design that allows even distribution and smooth flow of shoppers within its well-spaced premises.

Alamanda Putrajaya is managed by Indah Putrajaya Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the master developer of Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd, with retail space of 750,000 sq ft, housing two dedicated car park buildings with approximately 3,000 car park bays and 36 strategic loading bays.
