"Teluk Kemang is the most popular beach in Port Dickson and a famous spot for water sports, water scooter and kayaking."

Located at Port Dickson is the fun-filled Teluk Kemang Public Park, located on a 1.8 km golden stretch of beach lined with swaying casuarina trees. Arguably the best equipped beach-side recreation spot, Teluk Kemang is a favourite among locals who enjoy the water sport attractions here. Water scooter, wind-surfing and kayaking are just some of the water activities you can try your hands at here.

There are also ample food stalls, food court selling local dishes as well as seafood restaurants along the beach. In terms of accommodation, visitors have the choice of rest houses, camping sites, budget guesthouses and five-star resort hotels. Other facilities that makes Teluk Kemang one of be most comfortable beach spot includes ample car park, shower facilities, wash rooms and stalls selling souvenirs.

The Teluk Kemang Public Park project was delivered officially by the Housing and Local Government Minister to Chief Minister of Negeri Sembilan on the December 7, 1994. In 1996, it was complete with basic amenities. A drive from Port Dickson to Teluk Kemang can be a memorable one, as the coastal road that hugs the coastline allows visitors to catch spectacular views of the coastline and the sea. The best time to visit Teluk Kemang is during the annual Port Dickson Festival in August when all the water sports activities are in full swing and cultural shows are held for the visitors.

User Recommendation

"Most people confuse between Teluk Kemang and POrt Dickson. Well..Tlk Kemang actually part of PD coz PD has long stretch of beach which occupied several areas. Tlk Kemang is the best spot. Lots of people and activities such as jet skiing, kayaking, and my favourite...banana boat ride. Perfect spot for picnic."
