Kuala Lumpur, 6 May 2008 – Slimming Sanctuary, a slimming and beauty centre in Malaysia launched Le Sense, its new luxury beauty and wellness spa at The Gardens Mid Valley today. The vivacious and vibrant Miss Malaysia World 1998/99, Ms. Lina Teo emceed the event.

Choreographers from the National Academy of Arts Culture and Heritage Malaysia gave a graceful and surreal performance that depicted how the stresses of life can be swept away by Le Sense’s spa treatments. Guests were treated to a mini-massage session thereafter in the opulent comfort and ambiance of the lounge.

According to Ms. Lau Sieu Keng, General Manager of Slimming Sanctuary, Le Sense is revolutionary because it introduces the new signature beauty treatments like the AcuSLIM Treatment and Synergy Signature Massage - a slimming treatment that combines endermology technology and acupressure massage. The objective of this treatment is to reduce inches and cellulite while improving blood circulation, oxygenating the skin and providing better cell nutrition.

Another novel concept at Le Sense is the spa party - the first of its kind in this country – which allows clients to host a party at the spacious Jacuzzi pool that can easily fit 25 people.

Located at the 5th floor of the prestigious Cocoon Level at The Gardens, the 6,000 sq. ft. spa centre houses VIP rooms with attached Jacuzzi, a Jacuzzi pool, beauty rooms, manicure room, wifi room, lounge and spa designed to provide the utmost luxuriant experience for their guests, both male and female.

Services include slimming and body-shaping programmes, facial and beauty treatments, and spa facilities delivered by professional and skilful beauticians, therapists, nutritionists and consultants. Le Sense is open daily from 10.30pm to 9.30pm and first-timers get to try out their range of services for as low as RM38 for a slimming session and RM68 for a facial.
