·         Only two adults per bedroom is allowed. Children under 12 years old are allowed to share the same room with their parents without additional charges

·         Rates quoted are nett inclusive of 10% services charge and 5% government tax

·         Check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 12 noon

·         Half day rate will be charge for any extension in between 12 noon until 6.00 pm at 50% off published

Remarks:

·          ALCOHOLIC DRINKS

- Alcoholic is strictly prohibited for any functions held in Ilham Resort.

- The management reserves the right to confiscate any alcoholic drinks, if found, before or during any functions.

·        FUNCTION SPACE

         - The resort reserve the right in its absolute discretion to reallocate the  

              function room  originally booked and stated in the confirmation letter

              should the need arise

·       DAMAGES / MISSING

     - The resort reserve the right to charge for any damages/ missing done to any

        part of the Resort premises or equipment

·       NO COOKING

           - Please take note thet cooking is not allowed in our apartments

           - The Resort does not allow home cooked food ‘brought in’ into

              apartments/function and as well as ‘take away’ food from buffet/set meals is

              also prohibited

1.      Reservations Should Be Made at Least 60 Days Prior to Arrival

2.      For Reservations, the Following Payment Schedule is required:
Upon Confirmation of Package      : 50 % of Total Amount 
 30 Days Prior to Arrival                : Full Payment of Total Amount.
