DAY USE POLICY

* The charge for use a room after check out time but up to 6.00 pm is 50% of the contracted rates. Any check out after 6.00 pm will be charge the full rate

CANCELLATION

* In case of cancellation, a written notice must be received at lease 20 days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival. In the event of cancellation after confirmation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount payable will be imposed.

1.      Reservations Should Be Made at Least 60 Days Prior to Arrival

2.      For Reservations, the Following Payment Schedule is required:
Upon Confirmation of Package      : 50 % of Total Amount 
 30 Days Prior to Arrival               : Full Payment of Total Amount.

3.      Payments Can Be Made By Telegraphic Transfer, Bank Draft, Bank-In or Cash Payable to     :
