Note:

·          All rates quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and are subject to 10% Service Charge and 5% Service Tax.

·          The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the rates agreed within the contact period in the event of tax alterations by the government and / or service charge amendments.

Check-In/Check-Out

·          Check-In time  : 1400 hrs

·          Check-Out time            : 1200 hrs

·          Room requiring a late check-out until 1800 hours on the day of departure will be charged 50% of the contract rates.

·          Full room rates will be charged after 1800 hours.

·          Rooms requiring check-In from 1200 hours, would be considered as the date before 2400 hours of the current day.

Cancellation

·          The hotel must receive cancellation of bookings 120 hours prior to the date of arrival.

No Show Charge for Guaranteed Reservation

·          One night room charge at the contracted rate will be levied should there be cancellation of bookings made at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.   

1.      Reservations Should Be Made at Least 60 Days Prior to Arrival

2.      For Reservations, the Following Payment Schedule is required:
Upon Confirmation of Package      : 50 % of Total Amount 
 30 Days Prior to Arrival               : Full Payment of Total Amount.

3.      Payments Can Be Made By Telegraphic Transfer, Bank Draft, Bank-In or Cash Payable to     :

4.      Maslin Travel & Management Services Sdn. Bhd. Will Not Be Responsible or Liable for Any ‘Force Majeure’ - Loss, Injury, Damage, Accidental, Delay or Other Irregularities.
