All rates are quoted in nett and is inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax and are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
All accommodations rates are quoted per room per night inclusive of breakfast
Accommodation rates for Guide/ Driver is only applicable when accompanying group check-in
All meal rates are quoted on a per person and per meal basis
Check in time is at 2pm and check out time at 12noon
Any request for early check-in, or late check-out, will be subject to room availability
Children age 12 years old and below will not be charged for sharing the same room with full paying adults on the room's existing bedding configuration of a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children to a room
You are now booking thru a travel agent and not dealing directly with the hotel & all bookings made are based on prepayment basis
Booking must be made minimum 2 working days before arrival date (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holiday)
Prepayment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), online banking or telegraphic transfer
Offline credit card processing fee at 7% of total amount
Cancellations or amendments cannot be made within 4 working days prior to the day of arrival
The management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice
