PACKAGE INCLUDE:

• Rate is inclusive of breakfast and dinner per person per night on twin sharing basis in Garden Wing.
• 2 way ferry transfer (Pangkor Jetty-Resort-Pangkor Jetty)
• Offer valid for stay between Sundays to Thursdays.
• Weekend stay at supplement of RM50++ per room per night.
• Eve of Festival and Public Holidays surcharge from RM100++ per room per night.
• Booking are subject to availability and valid for individual bookings only.
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

·      Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia

·       Should any Government authority in Malaysia increase or decrease the percentage of tax collected on room and/or meals and/or service charge, the resort reserves the right to adjust the rates within the agreed period in accordance to alterations to prevailing government tax and service charge.

·       Reservations- one night’s deposit required upon confirmation.

·       Cancellation made within 72 hours (3days) prior to arrival is subject to one night’s charge.

·       Offer valid from March to June 30 2008.

·       Offer valid for Malaysians and Permanent Residents only, foreigner surcharge at RM50++ per room per night

2. CHECK-IN / OUT POLICY

·      Check-in time is after 2.00 pm

·      Check-out at 12.00 noon. Extension of check-out time up to 3.00 pm will be subject to a surcharge of 50% of the applicable room rates. Check out after 6.00 pm will be subjected to 1 night room charge. All extensions will be subject to room availability only.
