- Rates are nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax

- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Official check-in time 2pm and check-out time 12pm
- Hotel cancellation policy 72 hours prior to arrival date, otherwise one (1) nights 'NO SHOW' charge will be imposed
- Maximum number of person for 1 Bedroom Suite - 2 adults & 1 child under 12 years old
- Maximum number of person for 2 Bedroom Suite - 4 adults & 2 child under 12 years old
- Maximum number of person for 3 Bedroom Suite - 6 adults & 3 child under 12 years old
- Surcharge of RM35.00 per person per night will be imposed if number of persons per suite exceeds
- Surcharge of RM100.00nett per apartment during Malaysian F1 Grand Prix in March 07 and RM80.00nett during Eve & Public Holidays
