1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

·          Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia

·          Should any Government authority in Malaysia increase or decrease the percentage of tax collected on room and/or meals and/or service charge, the resort reserves the right to adjust the rates within the agreed period in accordance to alterations to prevailing government tax and service charge.

·          No charge for cancellations more than 14 days before arrival and cancellations between 07 to 14 days will be imposed 25 % charge.

·          A cancellation fee of 50% of total package billing will be imposed on any cancellation made 7 days prior to the arrival date.

·          3 days or less or no show, 100% cancellation fee will be imposed

·          There is no charge for child 12 years and under, sharing a room with adults. Up to maximum of 2 children.

·          The rates are referred to season such as Low, Shoulder, and Peak.

·          The rooms are subject to availability.

·          Rates are not include the breakfast

2. CHECK-IN / OUT POLICY

·          Check-in time is 3.00 pm

·          Check-out at 12.00 noon. Extension of check-out time up to 3.00 pm will be subject to a surcharge of 50% of the applicable room rates. Check out after 6.00 pm will be subjected to 1 night room charge. All extensions will be subject to room availability only.

• Confirmation of the booking is subject to hotel room/s availability.
• Reservation must be made at least two Weeks before the tour commence. We must received payment before guest’s arrival or booking will be cancelled immediately.
