Room rates are:

• Quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) on per room per night basis.

• Inclusive of 5% government tax & 10& service charge and non-commissionable.

• Closed out during Formula One Grand Prix period for year 2009 (date to be advised).

Extra Person - Refers to supplement charge for third adult (aged 12 years or above).Maximum 3 adults per room.

Child Policy :

• Maximum 2 children below 12 years of can share a room with their parents at no additional charge on ROOM ONLY basis.Only one rollaway bed may be placed in each guestroom chargeable at RM 165.00 nett (bed only).

Meal Rates are:-

• Based on per person per meal at Terazza Brasserie only,not applicable to other outlets and room service.

• Inclusive of 5% government tax & 10% service charge,and non-commissionable.

• NOT applicable for special events and promotions as determined from time to time by the hotel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Goverment Tax

• The current goverment tax is 5% and 10% service charge will apply to room and meal rates.

• The aforementioned levies ae subject to change by the authorities,in this case any nett rates thar are inclusive of tax and service charge will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly to reflect the new taxes/charges.

Git Rates

• Git rates are valid for series groups only.MICE (meetings,incentives,conference/convention and exhibition) and Ad Hop group rates are available on request.

• Complimentary rooms - Hotel will accord one complimentary half-twin for every fifteen full paying rooms,up to a maximum of two twins per group per night on a non-accumulative basis,to be utilized by the tour escorts.

• Rooming List - Final rooming list must be forwarded to the hotel 14 days prior to arrival.Arrival and departure flight numbers,and other details pertaining to group`s requirements should accompany the list.
